The Homeowner’s Association Dues are expected to be approximately $150 per month. This includes both HOA dues and social membership.

2. What are the Golf Membership dues?
The Golf Membership Dues are expected to be approximately $250 per month. This includes the HOA dues and golf membership.

3. What is the Golf Membership initiation fee?
The Golf Membership initiation fee is expected to be approximately $10,000.

4. What does the Connexion bundled TV-Internet-Phone package cost?
The fiber optic package, provided by Connexion, will cost approximately $130 per month.

5. What are the property taxes in Greene County, North Carolina?
The property taxes in Greene County, North Carolina are approximately $750/year per $100,000 in real estate value.

6. What is the sales tax in North Carolina?
The sales tax in North Carolina is 6.5%.

7. Will there be curb and gutter at Cutter Creek?
We will provide curb and gutter at Cutter Creek.

8. Will I need a septic system and well?
No, Cutter Creek will use city water and sewer as part of our plan to provide all of the conveniences of city living with a casual, country atmosphere.

9. When will the first home be built at Cutter Creek?
The construction of the first homes will begin in the spring of 2008.

10. Will there be sidewalks at Cutter Creek?           
Yes. The sidewalks throughout Cutter Creek will also connect with the walking trails.

11. When is the infrastructure going to be complete in Cutter Creek?
The infrastructure for Phases 1 and 2 is almost complete. We will move into Phase 3 within the next few months.

12. When will the golf course be open for play?
The Cutter Creek Golf Club is expected to open in October 2008.

13. Will I have to select a floor plan through the developer?
Cutter Creek has a Preferred Builders Program where you will be able to choose from several quality builders. You will have the ability to custom build and create the home of your dreams from scratch if you like, or select from a number of approved plans. At Cutter Creek, the choice is yours.
