The infrastructure for Phases 1 and 2 is almost complete. We will move into Phase 3 within the next few months.

12. When will the golf course be open for play?
The Cutter Creek Golf Club is expected to open in October 2008.

13. Will I have to select a floor plan through the developer?
Cutter Creek has a Preferred Builders Program where you will be able to choose from several quality builders. You will have the ability to custom build and create the home of your dreams from scratch if you like, or select from a number of approved plans. At Cutter Creek, the choice is yours.
