Construction has Commenced on Cutter Creek

Groundbreaking Event Scheduled for October 11th

SNOW HILL, NC, October 9, 2007 - Mill Run Development Group, LLC, announced today that construction of Cutter Creek began on September 1 in Snow Hill, North Carolina. Cutter Creek is a unique club community and championship golf course designed by Bob Moore. The team created by Mill Run Development Group, LLC hopes to create one of the most artistically designed properties in eastern North Carolina. There is a groundbreaking event scheduled for October 11th at 11:00am. The event will be open to those who are interested in the development.

Cutter Creek is planned to be a 634-acre community comprised of over 700 homes. In addition to golf course architect Bob Moore, Mill Run has also hired Dunn & Dalton Architects, engineers McDavid and Associates and general contractor Hendrix-Barnhill Construction. Cutter Creek is on track to be complete by the end of 2008.
